CPR - Heavy Duty Process Pump

The Torishima CPR series comprises process pumps conforming to AP1610 standards. Their primary applications include oil refineries, as well as the petrochemical and chemical industries.

Representing a progression from existing single-entry, single-stage back pull-out pumps, the CPR series utilises a spacer coupling, enabling the removal of the rotor and bearing bracket without disturbing the pump casing or motor.

This simple, robust design ensures high versatility and reliability, meeting the requirements and recommendations of API standards.

The modular construction system ensures optimal part interchangeability despite the array of available sizes. With 46 pump sizes utilising only 8 bearing brackets altogether, each covers a carefully selected performance range, facilitating the selection of highly efficient pumps with minimal NPSH requirements.
